The Cortijo has been refurbished to an extremely high standard creating a rustic atmosphere for your ideal getaway - but with all of the comforts of a modern home. The rooms all feature wooden beams and are light and airy. It offers three good sized double bedrooms and also a self contained unit that can be used as a separate chill out area for the children or as 'suite' for the parents, or 'nanny'. It is also ideal for couples, who may want to share but still wish to retain some privacy.

Lounge - Dining Room	The lounge/dining room is open planned, with 2 sets of patio doors - one leading to an enclosed private 70metre patio - the other leading out onto another terrace which overlooks the fields and Vejer. T.V, international digibox and DVD player are provided. There is also a wood burner to keep you warm and cosy in the winter!
Kitchen	Extremely spacious, modern & fully fitted, with two fridges, 8 ring hob, double oven and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto the outside covered dining area, with views of the pool. The outside dining room has steps which lead to the upstairs terrace, providing spectacular views of Africa, Barbate & Vejer. It also leads to the laundry room, which houses a stand up freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer.
Master Bedroom	The main bedroom is bright & airy with 2 sets of double patio doors, both leading to private terraces and providing fantastic views of rolling fields. There is also a double wardrobe and the bedroom is large enough to request up to 2 more single beds, without compromising space, for those who have small children. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan & chiminea.
Second Bedroom	The second bedroom is light & airy, with a built-in double cabin bed, and fitted wardrobes. It also has patio doors that lead onto the courtyard style terrace.
Third Bedroom	The third bedroom is also a double, with twin beds and wardrobe. It, too, also has patio doors that lead onto the courtyard style terrace.
Bathroom One	Bathroom one is situated opposite bedroom 2 off of the main entrance hall. It is light and spacious and consists of a full bath with shower, bidet, toilet & washbasin.
Bathroom 2	The second bathroom is fitted to a high standard & consists of a full bath with shower, twin washbasins, bidet & toilet.
Studio Flat	This is a self contained unit, that can be either closed off completely or used as a separate lounge for the teenagers or as 'suite' for the parents, or 'nanny'. It has a chiminea, ceiling fan, Kitchenette with 2 ring hob, microwave & washing machine. Dining room table, seating four and the sofa can be converted into a double bed. It also has a large walk in wardrobe. TV & DVD. An extremely versatile asset with patio doors leading onto the courtyard terrace. These can also be used as a separate entrance.
Swimming Pool & Garden	The swimming pool is 8m x 4m, with roman stairs and for those who wish, diving lessons are offered by a NAWI diving instructor & PADI dive master. It is situated in the private 2000m2 gardens. The garden also has a children's 'barked' play area with Little Tikes Wendyhouse & play toys. To the side of the garden is a sand ménage, where private riding lessons can be taken on the farms horses and pony.
