It offers an open planned, lounge - dinning room - kitchenette. The lounge area has TV & DVD player, the sofa can be made into a double bed. There is a ceiling fan to cool you down on those sultry evenings and a wood burner to keep you warm and cosy in the winter! The patio doors lead to a secluded private walled 60m2 terrace, with BBQ facilities, tables & chairs. |

The kitchen is fully fitted, with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer & washing machine, overlooking the gardens. |
Bedroom

The double bedroom is bright & airy with patio doors, leading onto the private courtyard terrace. Twin beds provide the flexibility for couples or those sharing. It also has a wardrobe. |
Bathroom

The bathroom is fitted to a high standard & consists of a full bath with shower, twin washbasins, bidet & toilet. |
Swimming Pool & Garden

The swimming pool is 8m x 4m, with roman stairs and for those who wish, diving lessons are offered by a NAWI diving instructor & PADI dive master. It is situated in the private 2000m2 gardens. The garden also has a children's 'barked' play area with Little Tikes Wendyhouse & play toys. To the side of the garden is a sand ménage, where private riding lessons can be taken on the farms horses and pony. |
